It is a Japanese- Korean collaboration. YBI has set up their manufacturing facility here at SIPCOT, Mambakkam. FSO foundations was involved in the construction of their factory and was the primary contractor. Moreover, the office building is designed by FSO designs.

DONGWOO SURFACE TECH INDIA LTD (DWSI)

DWSI is another Korean company we have had the opportunity to associate with. DWSI is a pioneer in the field of heat treatment and furnace design. They provide both hardware as well as software for heat treatment systems. They are primarily involved with providing heat treatment for automobile components such as gear drives and shafts to most of the major automobile manufacturers in India. The experience we gained from this project is immense in terms of the scale of the project. This project consisted of 3 primary buildings. The office building, the main factory building and the industrial shed. The main factory and the industrial shed were preengineered buildings. The main factory was especially interesting as the whole structure had a column free span of 54 mtrs.

BALPART TRUST
BALPART is a charitable organization involved in a number of social projects. We have
been associated with this trust for over 6 years now. We got involved with BALPART
first, on their group housing project at Vengathur, Thiruvallur. This was a colony built for
people affected by leprosy and their families. This project had 20 housing units. Each
housing unit had an area of 37.15 sq. mtrs (400 sq. ft) each. Each unit comprised of a
hall, a bed room, kitchen and toilet facilites. Since then, we have had the good fortune to
associate with this trust for three other projects in various parts of Tamil Nadu.
